Its nice to find a quite spot where you can just sit and collect your thoughts, and this sim is perfect for that, so tranquil and peaceful I just couldn't wait to escape to here. Without hesitation I threw off my suit and donned something a little more casual, a comfortable pair of black jeans rolled up to the knee and a well work red plaid t shirt from Kal Raul, giving me that much required freedom from the world of hustle and bustle as I roll up my jeans and sit with my feet in the water breathing in the weekend. Hours pass in mere moments as the day escapes me and the sun fades away, so peaceful.

Come rain or shine, I still need to work hard to provide for my beautiful wife, and wonderful family. When this downpour started luckily I was not caught off guard with the weather being so temperamental lately I have decided its best to always carry an umbrella around with me to and from work, and a good thing to. This suit is made by MoMo l'enchantement, Couture Française et Italienne (MoMo for short), it comes in a very professional grey color and a nice set of default colors for the shirt/tie alternatively you can purchase packs of other colors at very small cost. The mesh suit and shirt combo I am wearing here comes it at just under 200L$ and is well worth the money spent.

After what can only be described as a busy, fun and expensive week I finally make my way back to my secret base...the Mancave, and by secret I mean My wife had already ready gotten there before me and was using it as a roller rink to try out her new skates.

After spending 5 minutes chasing her round my mancave trying to figure out how she found her way here, I finally talked her into helping me set up the rest of my gacha loot.

Woohoo 3064 Points!!

First there was the Bloki the machine, this was my first real WANT from the gacha arcade event so when my good friend Nadya won one, you can imagine how happy I was when she gave it to me. In my opinion Scarlet Apple has done a great job with this playable machine, and overall has one of the most fun machines at the entire event.

Say cheese!!

Again, another good showing by Scarlet Apple, here we have the photo booth, a nice item, well made, and fun to play around with. If you dont have one of these for yourself then they are scatted around the outside along the pier of the arcade event for you to go look at, defiantly worth checking out.

Its alot smaller in here than I expected

Another item I was desperate to get my hands on was this blue phone box from floorplan, and thanks to a few good trades I was able to finally make it mine. While it serves no real purpose it looks dam cool standing in the corner of my mancave.

aaaaaaaaand relax

After 3 days of non stop shopping and trading its nice to finally sit down and relax with a nice book, and what better place to do it than my newly constructed reading corner. While none of these items are rare, some of them were defiantly hard to come by and its easy to see why. These spot lamps from the Trompie Loeli gacha machine are just amazing, they fit so perfectly into the room. The Bibliotheque chair by Alouette, while not rare, comes in a variety of of colours and some are sought after alot more than others, so depending on what your looking it for may be easy to find the one for you. The art on the wall and the pouf are once again brought to you by Scarlet Apple. They are pretty easy to pick up at most yard sales the art comes in 3 styles, and the pouf comes with a texture script that has 3 looks too. They add the perfect little finishing touches to my reading corner. 

Because my wife was kind enough to let me keep the plushies, I decided to try get her some stuff that she would like to repay the favor . With the help of a few good friends and family,  lots of bartering, trading and attempts at the Tee'fy and Tres Blah gacha machines at the arcade we were able to complete her Tea time set and Ice Cream party set.

Not everything in the photos is part of the arcade event. A big thank you to Nadya and Brie for helping me make my wife very happy.

So my wife decided to raid the Intrigue.Co plushie gacha at the arcade for gifts to give to the nieces and nephews. Sadly for the kids I saw them first so now they are mine mine mine!! They are all so very cute, very well made and the level of detail gone into each one is just amazing. Each one comes with a small back story written as a poem, and tell you when they were born.

With SL screwing with my inventory/outfits its tough for me right now, not being able to change without some dramatic error is frustrating. Luckily the arcade came along today to take my mind off it. Problem is..I wasn't the only person that wanted to go there today. So after I tried and tried people kept telling me to give up and wait. Being the Taurus I am, I am as stubborn as they come, and so I tried...and tried, and tried till eventually SUCCESS,t me and my 7 year old, windows XP running computer got in. Whilst not being able to enjoy it fully due to graphical limitations I made the best of it and had some fun any way.
